I was referred to Tier One through my cousin who's a loan officer. Sam reviewed my file and said I was a good fit for credit repair. He kept me updated and removed a collection. Then he told me Shiva the lawyer thought I might have a case. They connected me with another law firm which disputed the remaining accounts. those guys are suing the credit agencies for me, so I can get my credit fixed and maybe get some $$ too. Sam and Shiva have been super helpful, and I'm really glad I met them. these guys are really professionals and the best out there.

Can't speak to the actual service as I can't seem to get to that point with them. Seem like nice people but someone named Sam has been promising me initial paperwork going on 3-4 weeks now on multiple occasions and then disappears again not to be heard from. Seems ability to follow through and follow up is non existent which actually makes me more concerned about giving them money to perform the service and then having the same problem. Makes me also wonder about these other reviews as I can't believe that this would be an isolated case.

For years, I had struggled to dispute inaccuracies strewn across my Experian and Equifax reports. I did everything “the way you’re supposed to” and mailed off certified dispute letters to the credit bureaus and lenders, attaching full documentation and citing direct violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. No matter how many times I disputed these illegal errors, neither the lenders nor the credit reporting bureaus would budge. Finally, after falling into a rabbit hole deep within the credit nerd Internet, I found Shiva Bhaskar on Reddit helping individuals with their credit repair concerns. Shiva answered their questions with kindness, empathy, and respect, and I could tell that he was highly knowledgable regarding niche subjects such as Equifax’s atrociously bad data. When we spoke directly, I could immediately tell that Shiva was the real deal and not some Lexington Law type scammy nonsense or a fly-by-night money-grubber who’d make promises he couldn’t keep. Instead, he took the time and energy to truly listen to my story of how badly the bureaus had screwed up multiple accounts across my credit reports. I appreciate that he never rushed me through the absurdly esoteric details, or made me feel like “Yeah, yeah, geek lady, I get it, now give me your money.” Above all, I was honest with Shiva about past credit mistakes due to financial turmoil faced several years ago, and there wasn’t an ounce of judgment in his voice. Now that's the sort of person I can truly trust. That said, I’m excited to keep working with Shiva and Tier One Credit, because within a matter of 3 months, their team got an entire credit card tradeline removed from all 3 of my credit reports. Amazing! Most importantly, they discovered ongoing FCRA violations that I can rightfully dispute in court – and I might even be able to walk away with a bit of $! (Perhaps the bureaus and lenders should’ve listened when I mentioned that these things were illegal?) When I originally hired Tier One, it was for the purpose of tradeline removal. I had no clue that they would be able to help me file a lawsuit and potentially recover a settlement while getting the errors corrected, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Very pleasant indeed! 🙂 Honestly, I cannot recommend Shiva Bhaskar and Tier One Credit enough. They’re a phenomenal firm, and they’re worth it.

I have worked a number of months of Tier One Credit to improve my credit scores which took a big hit during the pandemic. I had a number of late payments on cards and also some "settled for les" than the full amounts . Shiva Bashkar and his team provided me outstanding advice on how to improve my cc scores and had my accounts with negative information removed from my credit history. It is a legal process that can take many months, but Tier One Credit was great at keeping me posted and answering all my questions. I can recommend them without any hesitation if you would like help with your credit situation.

These guys have been awesome since day one. Working on clearing up a few items on my credit report to be in the best position for a new home purchase.
